We're back in the 18 yard box with Haff as he breaks down how to deal with cut backs across your area! In this episode, you be going through warm up drills that get you used to the movement and warm your hands up. You'll then be given 3 specific drills that progress in difficulty each time. Each of these drills involve footwork, catching techniques and also reactive parrying work.
Make sure you head out on pitch with some friends and practise these to ensure you're confident dealing with cut backs on match day!
