Wound healing - let us take a look at how your body heals after you are cut

I had to get stitches last week. I took a picture of my wounds every day and it’s so cool to flip back and see just how fast our bodies heal! I can really see a big difference between days 2 and 3.

My left foot just got punctured deep from a tree branch and I had a lot of bleeding but it stopped bleeding 5 minutes after. Man you gotta appreciate your body fighting for you every second

ended up getting either a first or 2nd degree burn (idk which it was) but i got it from ice skating and after I got home, it was burning sooo bad. It's healing now and there's a big ass scab but it's so itchy. I haven't picked it at all either, I'm good at keeping injuries or wounds alone. It's cool to see how the skin can heal so fast and just healing itself, the human body is pretty amazing

To accelerate wound healing a no contact dressing works well. It is called Podophylus antimicrobial Insole and DermaDomus, both allow oxygen in the wound….

I just had a Deep cut today and I was so in pain I wash with water and put baby powder and let it heal

Honestly, it’s surprising. How much is your middle finger of your non-dominant hand affects how you do things you
Even though I can’t use 1/5 of my left hand right now, it makes me feel like 1.25 hands,
Which I think, is even worse than not having a second hand, because the .75 hands is constantly in pain.

Had a really thick scab on my knee, (gross description) it had this weird adhesive sticky stuff underneath it when I picked it off, I never pick my scabs but it was by far one of the most satisfying things I’ve done.
