I started my breathwork journey with Wim Hof a couple years ago. It was incredible to me, a nurse, that with just deep breathing and long holds I was able to cure insomnia and take myself off of antidepressants. I wanted to find someone who would guide me through the breathwork so I could focus on my body rather than keeping count of breaths. That’s how I found you a few months ago and have been doing your videos every day since then. Please don’t ever stop creating these. This is the future of medicine. Of healing our bodies. My body sings every time I finish a session with you and this video is officially my favorite. I will be listening to it every day. Thank you for making this. It’s perfection.

Hey Sandy, I’ve been doing your breathing exercises for the past 9 months. This is after going through a traumatic experience (car accident) where I had a punctured lung, had broken ribs and got pneumonia while being intubated for over two weeks. I had many surgeries including an aortic surgery. When I left the hospital I was completely broken down physically mentally and spiritually.
But then I started working on myself and healing day by day, and incorporating these breathing exercises. Along with cold showers, a clean diet, cardio, lifting, therapy, meditation, and prayer. I can now hold my breath for 2:30 minutes, and 9 months ago I couldn’t hold it for more than 10 seconds.
When I do your breathing exercises I am in control, I feel loved by God, I am grateful, and powerful. I am reminded of my true nature in spirit. Thank you for sharing this and for what you do!

I did the feminine energy breathwork yesterday and decided to do the masculine energy one today. It was really great to remind myself that I can do things and why I struggle with procrastination at times. Roots in trauma and limiting beliefs about my self-worth. This breathwork allowed me to access truths that I have had to be a warrior fighting for justice in unjust places. That I had to spend my energy doing that in the wrong places. I gathered my energy back from those places and reclaimed them for the good work I am embarking on. I can't wait until your breathwork program. I am ready! Once again, thank you Sandy!

That was so interesting to do 🤔 As a woman who probably spends too much time in a yin frame of mind, and doesn't have an assertive bone in my body, maybe doing this breathwork will help me find my inner warrior 💥

My brother thank you for this. I've had issues with my father and didn't realize I was suppressing my own masculine energy. Through this breath work I was able to release that block and forgive my father. Namaste, thank you.

I held my breath for 1:30 only once. I identified with the ticking clock with all my cortisol and adrenaline. I need the ticking clock. I need more of these masculine sounds, too. I identify more with “holding on” than “letting go.” Thank you, Sandy.
