I assume it will start If I attach a charger to the type c cable?

hey man could you please help me? my wd19 was working just fine earlier today, and now the rear USB/audio slots aren't working at all even though the front ones are. Nothing seems to be connecting to my main pc through it and ive tried unplugging everything and resetting it but it doesn't seem to do the trick.

These things are incredibly annoying... I have USB devices through the dock that disconnect and reconnect all day long at random times. Now only one usb-c power port lights up and the laptop does not charge 😢

That's a Dell WD15 not a WD19. Same steps apply though.
