Literally had the dealership tell me it was going to cost me 2k to fix this. My car has only 23k miles on it. Took it to Autozone, they did a scan and it said unable to diagnose.. The guy did this very thing and it was fixed. Life saver but also why I don't trust dealerships

This video saved me and my family today. It was 110 degrees outside and the ecm started messing up while we were at Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico. No place in Carlsbad had an ecm or one available within days and our hotel was in Lubbock. Tried this on my 17 Buick regal and it worked.
