I had a bad PSU smh! It was working just a few hours ago!!
I replaced it with an older one and the PC turned on right away.

Hey ive got a question if my power button doesnt work anymore can i just keep using the screw driver manually to open my pc will it like harm any of my components or break anything because im kind of scared but i already did power jump my pc and it work can i just keep using my screw driver for the rest of the pcs life span? thank you!

The power button light in my HP Pavallion stopped glowing today, it normally glows blue, otherwhise everything is working fine.
Is it a bad LED, or has the switch stopped working?, will I still be able to start my computer with the button if I need to?

Where does the power switch go?! It's out of motherboard by default & cant find its place to connect? It's disconnected...(the tiny 3 pin one)

So I cant power my pc on via the power button unless I drain the system of power then the power button is usable. What causes this? I have a 1200w Thermalake gold power supply that runs amazingly could this be a setting in bios or an error with windows?

I was blaming my mom becaise my pc wasn't working. I clicked the power button multiple times and opened the case to check. I showed my mom that it wasnt working and clicked the button one more time. Do you know what happend next? BOOM my pc turned on and now my mom got mad😭
