Boil the pasta in salt and oil water for 10 minutes

In a pan, add little veg oil, onions and garlic, fresh hot peppers, minced beef or chicken, add salt, seasoning powder, any choice of sauce
Add all purpose cooking cream
Cover to cook a bit
You can now add some cheese (optional)
Add your pasta,
You may add some veggies like bell peppers, shallots, parsley and stir on low heat for few seconds or up to a minute
Serve
