I used this technique last week when it was so hot in my kitchen the dough was too soft….it did tear at the top and had to let it rest to restart….and it worked great! Maybe I remember from your great advice over time!

Hi, this a great informative video, thank you! I am going to try it tomorrow. I have 1 question. If you bake 2 loaves at the same time, do you need to bake for longer than if you only baked 1 on it's own?

How much tightness (if that's a word) can you expect from a 100% whole-grain dough? I kept rolling/pre-shaping like this, but it never became that tight to the touch like a white-flour dough, or one that only partly contains whole-grain.

Hi my bread is coming out flat from the oven. When I take it out of the basket before putting it 'n oven it already go flat. What can be the problem. All look good before putting in basket

They say you have to knead for a long time. Sometimes wonder if I do something wrong because my dough almost kneads itself.
