HEALTHY, HIGH PROTEIN AND CRISPY JALAPEÑO POPPER CHICKEN TAQUITOS 🍗🔥

Ingredients:

480g Skinless Chicken Breast (cooked & shredded)
60g Diced & Cooked Bacon (can be substituted for turkey bacon or short cut bacon)
1 Diced Jalapeño
15g Sliced Spring Onion/Scallions
90g Low Fat Cheese (Bega 50% Less Fat Grated Cheese)
120g Softened/Room Temperature Light Cream Cheese (or blended low fat cottage cheese for extra protein)
15g Minced Garlic
Ranch Seasoning (Deliciou Ranch Seasoning)
12 Steamed Mini Corn Tortillas (Mission Corn Tortillas - Place them all on a plate, cover with a moist paper towel & into the microwave for 45 seconds. This step will prevent the tortillas from breaking when rolling.

Optional Topping: Low Fat Greek Yoghurt + Ranch Seasoning, Bacon Bits & Spring Onion

Cooking Times:
Air Fry = 10 - 15 Min 200°C or 400°F (flip half way)
Oven Bake = 20 - 25 Min 200°C or 400°F (flip half way)
