How to Uttanasana(Standing Forward Bend) | Avoid Mistakes & Learn Quickly | Intermediate Level Yoga

Check out this yoga video and learn to do Standing Forward Bend(Uttanasana).
This is an intermediate yoga pose for your full-body stretching. You should maintain proper posture while performing this yoga pose.
This is all you have to do to Master Standing Forward Bend(Uttanasana)-
1. Stand straight.
2. As you bend forward keep your back straight.
3. Slowly go down and try to touch your knees with your forehead.
4. Breathe normally.
For beginners, I would suggest doing 3 sets and take 10-15 seconds rest in between and concentrate on doing the form correctly.
