Don't be fooled. Up your weights and this workout will not seem like a beginner workout. The combo moves are killer. Loved it.

I just wanted to say, as someone who has been watching your vids since March 2022, every other day, doing strength training; I am loving my results and am grateful for both of y'all. I have bad anxiety and depression, and going to a gym has always been freaky to me since I'm incredibly introverted. But y'all have helped me in my confidence, look, and mindset. I really appreciate these 30-minute BEGINNER weight training workouts, because even though I've been working out a long time, both cardio and weights, I'm now 66 and can't be as gung-ho as I used to be. If you can do more of these, that would be awesome!

I have watched other beginners workout and they were showing the moves fine... but somehow I felt lost. Now seeing this video I realized missing someone cheering me and courages me.. The other only had music on it. Thank you for this video. You two leading us very well. Subscribed!
