I did this two weeks ago, and i felt the opposite, kneeling down makes me not stable because the weight is heavy, but standing giving me more stability due to my body weight

For anyone curious about which variations he’s recommending: if he makes the face shown in this video, he’s doing the recommended one. If the first person makes a straight face and stares at the second person, the person staring is doing the recommended movement. Hope this helps lmao

You don't need extra stability because you can learn to generate it and balance with is great for functionality

I did this and a guy said its wrong.... And i knew if tyler is teaching it must be right but had to stopped cause he was forcing me to not do like this cause of wrong way according to him
