Hi, try doing cable flys with a straight arm and slightly leaning forward . Do let me know how much more intense muscle contractions are . Try it, your arms must look like crucifix pose of ring gymnasts

i dont think upper trap involved bcoz its push moment for upper trap which doesn't happens

Another mistake is doing this exercise instead off the low to high one because that exercise targets the hard to grow upper chest while this one targets the easy to grow unaesthetic lower chest
