The Root Chakra (also called “Muladhara” Chakra) is responsible for our sense of safety and security. Unfortunately, our Root Chakra often is obstructed by fear, anxiety and worries about the past and/or the future. To release these fears and to feel secure and safe again, It is vital to have an opened and balanced Muladhara or Root Chakra. A state, that can help to gain self-confidence, trust and thus complete projects or tasks in assurance and with ease.

Red, the color our Root Chakra is associated with, is assisting in the process of Root Chakra opening, Root Chakra balancing, Root Chakra healing and Root Chakra cleansing in order to restore the primary connection to safety, assurance and self-esteem within ourselves.

All instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 256Hz, a frequency our Muladhara or Root Chakra can resonate with. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 256Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 256 Hz after completion. This is so relaxing and healing, thank you for creating it.
Other things that I have found that has helped to balance my root chakra are:
- Surrounding myself with the colour red (such as eating it)
- Listening to such healing frequencies such as this
- Meditating while putting my hands over my root chakra
- Meditating, visualizing connecting my root chakra to the Earth and having the earth move upwards and clear my root
- Grounding if you can (putting your feet on the earth) or being as much into nature as possible.

People are underestimating the power this type of music can have, myself included. We are addicted to the upbeat catchy pop music but this stuff is so much more healthy. Love your music. Where are you located in general?
What I find with peaceful music is it sounds so easy, like just repeating a tone at a certain frequency for an hour, but the same tone for an hour is too simple and boring. Creating something that has a melody but that melody is undemanding and not too distracting is actually very difficult. And your other work has basically no melody but the subtle chords changes are perfect. Well done and congrats, it sounds like it comes from a wonderful spiritual place!
