I just had a spontaneous root and sacral chakra healing two days ago. Not much in my life out of the ordinary, I’ve been working on this and praying and releasing so much these last couple years, but a lot of work done through 17 years of sobriety and recovery. Woke up yesterday morning and felt a sense of well-being which hasn’t been there For years, decades is more like it. I could feel it in my roots and in my sacral chakra just such a feeling of “I am OK. All is well. I am supported by the universe“ rather than the normal sense of dread and anxiety, and utter exhaustion, which has followed me around for most of my adult life. Especially since losing everything to lime disease in 2010.

Really feels like the end of such a deep, dark night of the soul. So grateful!

This comment section has brought me to and from tears, thank you all for such uplifting words. I spent my childhood a scared child, stressing and worrying about the future in a seismically unstable household. I didn't get to have a loving childhood like I would dream of. But I feel love again, and my healing has come a long way. I want to change this world for the better and it will be my life's mission to uphold that assertion. I'll be entering college this year and I hope education in philosophy and psychology will guide me in my advancing journey. To my fellow voyagers, we will find peace. With love always <3
