ROOT CHAKRA / Also known as the 1st or Root Chakra, the Muladhara (sometimes spelled as mooladhara) is considered by many to be the most important Chakra as this is the Fundamental (or Mool) Chakra. Without Balancing it, now matter how hard we try, higher chakras can not be healed / unblocked. Located at the base of our spine, it is the root chakra that governs over our physical energies, giving us a sense of safety and security with other people and ourselves.

The Frequencies in the music resonate with Root Chakra also, our fundamental energy center, which normally gets blocked by fear, anxiety, worry. This sound track promotes the healing of Root Chakra thus removing all these blocks and boosts energy... boosts positivity.

Also Red is the color of Root Chakra. Thats why this video features a beautiful Mandala with red color, which is used in color therapy for healing and balancing root chakra.

I play this video for my mother every night while she is asleep in the ICU. My mother is a very positive person that has a lot of wisdom to share with people and I know this health set back is just a set up for the Universe to use her in such a positive Light. So please help me in sending positive vibes to my mother Rosalind and may all of your prayers, positive vibes, energy and prayers return to you a hundred fold.

Man... I did it.
It took almost ten months, but I think I've finally done it. After meditating and focusing I believe I've truly balanced my root chakra. I truly believe I belong here now. I have a genuine passion for life. I feel safe. I'm home. I _inhabit my body_ now.

I wish you love and light. I feel like tonight, this day of the solstice, I'll do a little ritual for myself... and cross the threshold into focusing on my sacral chakra.

I know this is probably nothing to most of the people watching this video, but I meditated for over 30 min. Which is the longest I have ever meditated in my life, and I am proud of myself 😁😆.

during this something weird happened, something that never happened before. im always someone who was insecure about myself and people around and i alwayd put people first. it started to take a toll on me that i do everything to please everyone but myself. due to family, i had a rough child hood and it caused me to be harsh on myself and just not having confidence in myself and having the constant fear of everything .After listening to this, i meditated properly for the first time and thought about buddha and quan yin and im not religious but i felt the need to be closer to my spirituality. and i just cried after that in the mirror but it was happy tears and sentences started coming out out of no where. like i just cried saying these things to myself.

-you are kind
-you are strong
-you can do anything
- you are love


I did not plan on saying any of those it just came out of nowhere and it was the first time i felt like i loves myself.

I’m not one for writing cheap cliche messages, but I’ll say this. When you acknowledge that you don’t feel grounded, you must face why you feel endangered. Root chakra healing is essential for everyone with any kind of trauma. It’s time to lay the past to rest and give birth to a new self.

Keep going guys. Dont mess around with anything else. First make sure that root chakra is strong so your foundational energy is strong. Root chakra is all about feeling comfortable and confident safe and secure and a great sense of well being knowimg that all your needs and desires are met. Its an earth energy and it can be strengthed by athletic activity, exercise and weight lifting and spending lots of time in nature.. as well as eating many root vegetables and red fruits and veggies. Carrots and potatoes are excellent for root chakra. So is red meat, coffee and chocolate. The more you conquer your fears and do tasks instead of putting things off, your root will become stronger. When you have a strong root nothing puts fear in you. You become courageous and bold, brave secure and emotionally stable. A strong rokt chakra also makes men very sexually charged but able to control their sexuality better. You become a rock, a mountain, i like to think of a strong oak tree.

If you have root chakra issues, anxiety, depression, brain fog, you feel sluggish, tried, have skin issues, digestion issues etc. you must do mantra meditation, its the fastest way to relax your body, i struggled with these health problems for years, nothing helped, diet exercise positive thinking, it all made only small difference short term, meditation was game changing, it healed me to full, now i have so much energy and feel tremendous.

this shit works, since opening my lower chakras, i feel motivated business wise, things are going smoothly, if you have money issues, lower chakras are definetely blocked, when you open them money and business just flows. things just start manifesting.

Did some root chakra research and meditation earlier this evening. Then listened to this during my sleep. I then woke up at 2AM crying from a dream about my childhood trauma. Started journaling while still listening to this. I FEEL MUCH BETTER. I have alot of work to do. Will continue using these videos as tools during my chakra healing journey. ♥️♥️♥️

Someone taugh me this and I m really grateful for her telling me it. I wish you thumb up so everyone can read it and I wish each thumb up go to her to make her life greater than it is now! :
1)the mind can shift to another thought every 17seconds so if you are having a bad thought: recieve it, observe it.
2) count 17 seconds
3) Rethink about this previous thought and say the same words but thinking positive/ agreeing you are at this point in your life right here right now.
This helps me so much in a daily basis, I wish her the best <3

Ps: exemple : "I don't like this class, I m bored." Count 17. Then tell yourself : I don't like this class, I m bored and it's ok. (it's here and now. It doesn't mean it's for ever and your point of view will be more distant.
That what i do. (and still do in sept. 2020 :) )

PPS : Take care, be gentle with yourself. And Perfectionism sucks.
