I always wondered if this had changed any since back in the day my uncle did these. He was the mechanic that fixed up those little things. His shop was a lot like yours. They were the $2-4000 type of dealers and always worked with and in cash only. No financing

It always amazes me how trashed some of those cars are that go through the auction. I can't imagine what you have found in some of them.

Do you see online what cars are going to auction? And why do you not buy cars for customers on request. Everyone wanna know how much Honda or Toyota is. Why not accepting money and buy for your viewers on YouTube. You are an honest man.

Looking for a late model Ford Edge. Bought my wife's 2010 Ford Edge for 12K 4 years ago. Great car. I know which years are crap. Took them till 2016 to iron out all the kinks.

1. What do the owners pay to run the cars if no sale? If sold?
2. Do dealers (buyers) pay a fee for their purchases?

Would be interested to see the journey of a few of your purchases as to time, cost to prep a car from auction purchase, and actual selling price, and profit made. I have purchased a few used cars from my local Toyota dealer. Past Rent-a-cars. Haven’t had a bad purchase yet. Do you buy ex-rentals?
