God, I miss running. Granted I never did long distance like you but I still ran almost every day. Now I can't even run a few steps because of my severe Achilles tendonitis. It's been months 😢

Run training

Monday:
2-4 mile run

Tuesday:
Speed training
0.5-1 mile east pace warmup
2 minutes of hard fast pace
2 minute recovery jog
1:30 minutes fast
1:30 recovery jog
1 minute fast
1 minute recovery
3 minute light jog
2 times (sets)
1 mile easy cooldown


Wednesday:
Rest day

Thursday:
2-4 mile run

Friday:
2-4 mile run

Saturday:
5+ mile run

Sunday:
Rest day

i do a 800m - 1k warmup just to get my legs going, i find that to be enough tho

2 miles is a warmup sometimes for me if I want to get some weights in, or just my 2 mile for if I want something quick

If you’re a beginner runner I recommend just jogging for 30 seconds and then running/sprinting for a minute, and you can do this as long as you like. If a track is available to you then run/sprint on the long parts and walk/jog the curves. This is how we trained in track👍

Please could you do a video on how to grow out your hair as I am at the mid stages where the top of my hair is long and the sides are short ( I look like a curly haired mushroom ) and I don’t know what to do with it 😬

Im not at 9mi as yet but...im at 3 mi...i am getting back into running after 2 yrs not running. Feels so good!!!

Wow. I will try that. I do slow run to warm up then I feel like I controlled my breathing and heart rate them I do fast run for a bit. I don’t count for how long but I do it till I can’t breath. lol. Then I slow down and then recover then run fast again. Then I just do relax running. I am working on a 4 mile run like in 45 minutes. I think I can do 5 or 6 in an hour. I know it’s a lot of time. But I am getting there.

I want an apple watch too or even one of the knock offs that counts steps, gives you the weather and the whole nine. It looks like you have on a good water proof one.
