Communication is so important in a relationship. My ex constantly gave me the silent treatment and refused to communicate. If stayed and worked on myself because I thought I was the issue. I finally realized that he was abusive and was destroying me. Lesson: you can’t maintain a relationship alone. Go where you are wanted and not tolerated. I’m grateful I was able to leave and now I help other women heal through my books and YouTube channel. Thank you Tony.❤

Tony very true about communication. As a child I seen my father not communicate with my mother and learned the behavior in my relationships without counseling would have understood about what you see your parents do effect how you deal with relationships personal and professional. I eventually asked my father about why he would walk around not speaking to my mom when upset? He said "I never wanted to say something I would regret in front of you and your sister." "It's like this if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all." Well I told him Mom always said you should never let the sun go down on your anger.

If you judge a man he will shut down. If he sees you judging other people he will assume you will judge him the same way if he opens up. Alot of women use what men say against them, thats why they shut down
