Easy Homemade White Bread / Eggless Soft Double Roti / Bakery style Bread Loaf Recipe by Tiffin Box

Hello everyone, welcome back to Tiffin Box !
Today's recipe is an easy white bread loaf using simple ingredients. This bakery-style bread loaf is super soft, fluffy and yummy!

Ingredients
All-purpose flour (maida) - 2 +1/2 cups
Warm water - 2/3 cups
Hot boiling water - 1/3 cup
Yeast - 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons

ingredients in grams:
flour: 390 g
hot water: 83 g
warm water : 166 g
Yeast: 6 to 7 g,
Sugar: 12 g,
Salt: 2 g
oil: 28 g

Better add sugar in yeast. It functions as an activator to the yeast.
