Thankyou much for this tutorial, I’ve made buns for many years but hadn’t made bread loaves and this recipe is perfect, the bread turned out amazing and so delicious, I wrote the recipe out and shared it with my daughter as well.Using the mixer made it soooo easy as well.When I make buns my recipe is too big for my mixer so at least making bread will give my arms a break, 😂 🥰

I have tried to make bread many many times and every loaf turned out to be a brick. Even used a bread machine or 2 in the past. But I'm not one to give up and after watching your video, decided to try again. Wow was I surprised to get the exact bread from your video.
