Agreed. The cold, zombie stare is brutal. You can be crying your eyes out and they will stare at you like they hate you.

I was married to a narcissist. He had never shown me this side of himself until a few months later. We were in the kitchen, I sitting at the table and he standing at the countertop chopping vegetables with an ordinary small knife on a cutting board. We were discussing something in a normal way. I made a statement he evidentially didn't like, just calmly disagreeing. He turned and stared straight into my eyes with this monstrous hateful look I had never seen before, raised the knife high and plunged it full force deep into the cutting board while staring at me without blinking or saying a word. This kind of behaviour is one very few people will believe unless they have witnessed it. No way you can ever prove it to anybody. It is utterly terrifying. After that, they don't need to beat you. You know full well what they are capable of doing, and this way they can control you.

I've seen this. Very evil 😈 😕 😢 😐 I now know she will try and destroy me and has been doing everything she can to destroy my relationship with my son. I had no idea how evil this person was when I first met her.

I have witnessed this, I walked away from the narcissist and a few months later run into him, I had never witnessed so much hate from him directed at me his eyes went black and he actually has blue eyes. One other thing which was a huge red flag that I never took notice of at the time was when I met him I thought he had horrible eyes, wish I had listened to my gut instinct I would never have got involved.

Ive seen the evil eye stare one too many times. That stare is unlike any other stare. You know it when you see it.

The evil eye.. There's a remedy. As I became more detached just before I finally left for good when he stared me down I stared right back and made funny faces. It caught him totally off guard. Game exposed. They're really cowards.
