The three times the flexibility, strength, mobility, needed for everyday life is the key to staying injury free. Kneesovertoes Guy calls it bulletproofing reserve. You two are real blessings to humanity. Thank you sir for all the NO BS information that actually works. 🙏

You just outdid yourself with this video, Lee! You move quickly, so I wind up listing to your videos, especially one like this, four or five times. I share your videos with gym members and friends involved in surfing and other water sports..

I’d like to think in a hundred years your message is the norm taught in fitness spaces.

I think of everything you've said on your channel that I didn't fully believe was how it really is 10 times harder than you think. Just the mental aspect alone is crazy. I've trapped out so many times with just 5 or less seconds left, but man does it feel great to know you held on a little longer than you thought you were capable of!

I love your videos. I have had 5 major abdominal surgeries and have and have mesh woven into the walls of muscle tissue s a result.I practiced capoeira for years prior to my journey through surgeries and am currently physically functional far beyond what doctors have told I would be able to do. My big question is bridges; loved these even after my first 3 surgeries but my forth gave me the abdominal mesh and have avoided stretching my abdominals that way ever since. I am not asking you to put yourself in any position of responsibility in asking whether or not I should train that movement pattern as that would be foolish and ethically ignorant of me. And the generic feedback of “ ask your doctor” is irrelevant as I have already exceeded their expectations. So, long and short of it- have you seen individuals with major abdominal surgeries progress in bridging activities? I realize if you say yes that doesn’t mean that I should start rigorous back bending; rather, affirmation would mean that I could have a reasonable foundation of ambition to gently, patiently explore that range of motion rather than fearfully avoiding it. If you are not comfortable responding to this inquiry I will not be offended. Given my studies in theological psychology, I have immense respect for the way you embrace consilience and systemic reasoning when clarifying what it truly means to live well as an physically embodied creature. Your content has been truly exceptional.

I find your videos informative and I have subscribed . Could you possibly make 3 x 30 minute training videos including stretching and essential exercises - beginner, intermediate and expert? Your ideology is good and I would like to train along with such videos.

Hey Lee, my name is Paul & I've been watching ur videos for a while now. I can totally relate & understand a lot of the training modalities that u talk about. I'm in my 50's now but still want to be able to do some of the moves that younger people are doing. I'm currently based in Beijing China. Do u have a branch over there? I would love to start learning & practice some of those moves! Look forward to hear from you Cheers mate

Hi Lee, great videos - thank you. You're the first person I've come across who is in their fifties. I'm 56. My question is do you think it's too late for me to achieve a full splits? I've been training in karate all my life and am fairly flexible. But I have never been able to get to a full split. That's not strictly true as I once did a full side split when warming up for a competition fight in my 30's. I put it down to being so hyped up - as I never repeated it. Anyway I'd rather have the truth if you think the muscles just lack the flexibility once into our fifties. Thank you in advance.
