I’ve done your 1, 000 calorie burner with a sauna suit two days in a row, do you have a workout to build upper and lower chest?
And also do you have a nutrition plan you follow
I’m glad I found this channel, I’m gettting back in fight shape for boxing and this channel and wearing my sauna suit everytime helps so much
