This is an absolutely fantastic distillation of all all this stuff.
The raw density of knowledge in here, combined with how it covers 98% of what you need to know to be effective...it's one of the best 10 minutes you can spend learning.

I've spent probably a few hundred hours slowly, piece by piece, learning most of the stuff he covers here. To put all of it in a 10 minute video is a hell of a service.
Granted, I'm glad I did it the way I did, because now I understand WHY he's saying what he is deeply enough that I trust it. But this video condensing it all to one place is fantastic. Well done.

Great clip, I love the macros: body parts twice per week, 10-20 sets per PB, reps to 1-3 of failure, rest every 5th week. TY Stan!

Deload are so overlooked by many. Taking a light week or a week off every 8-10 weeks for hypertrophy training and every 4-6 weeks for strength training is crucial. It resets your nervous system and you just feel better when you come back to the gym.

Super helpful. I'm a 64 year old calisthenics athlete training for 4 years. I take 3 days off between workouts. Almost every exercise I do is multi-joint and I am continuing to make gains. I've been doing exactly what you recommended. Thank you!

This is one of the best videos I have ever seen that covers everything you need to craft your hypertrophy specific workout. It gets right to the point and doesn't drag on for 2 hours with ancedotal stories. Great job!
