Whats the point? You compared a 3 month old tuna to something significantly less old and less time frozen. Sushi grade literally doesn't mean anything besides the fact they froze it previously.

Any type of sushi product including poke & sashimi from Costco is grosnasty. Get it from a Japanese grocery store but it still won't be fresh but rather previously frozen if the seaports are far away.
