I'm straight and this actually made me cry. I love everyone equally, including people of different sexual or gender orientation, it makes me sad that things like this happen in the first place, though happy there's hope out there for victims of discrimination.
Well done, everyone at BeLonG.

Not having to hide your identity is a worker's right, and as workers it is our responsibility to ensure our colleagues are supported, welcomed and defended.

I loved this video.

I'm not out at work. I work for a national company and at the national level, they've been making a real effort to make it clear that diversity is important and that they support the LGBT* employees. At my particular office, however, I don't have a real sense of how it would be taken. I don't know of anyone in my office (of 200+ people) who's out. So I've been very careful with my pronouns and I've avoided personal conversations as much as possible, which means that although I've been working there for three years, I'm not close to many of my colleagues and I feel like an outsider. I know I could take a risk and come out, but I'm too scared.

One day we'll live in a world where everyone is accepted for who they are. I'm just a bit surprised that it's 2014 and we haven't gotten there yet.

Thank you straight people!!!  For without you, all this diversity and beauty would never exist.

I love this video so much. It is amazing how far you can go with a little support. Just imagine if we gave everyone our full support!

I look forward to the day when homophobes and transphobes are shamed as much as racists are now. Since we know it will never fully go away, they should be ashamed enough to keep their mouths shut about their bigotry.

My god, I was crying the whole way through that. I think the fact that there were people they could go to about things like that made it all the more emotional. It's awful that your job and work relationships can be threatened by your home life. I long for the day when nobody will even think twice before coming out as gay or trans.

I feel lucky that my coworkers are so accepting.  I wish everywhere could be like that

It's great there are many companies making significant strides and effort to support all types of diversity, whether it be LGBT or alternative families (ex aunt taking care of nieces and nephew), multicultural families, people with mental health problems etc

See that's the thing. Me being trans, I don't think I can EVER be OUT in a workplace. That hurdle is yet to be jumped since I'm only 16 doing my GCSEs and I know that I shouldn't be worrying about it but I am. And I dread to go into a workplace where I'm not accepted. See any job I get I see what peoples attitudes are like and then I decide. Or basically just any place for that matter that I feel the need to tell. I've only ever worked like in me family's garage or what not but I mean its still nerve racking thinking that if I ever come out to my whole work or whatever if people use the wrong pronouns or something and I can't help looking upset and they start asking questions and I have to tell them. It's just scary but as I said when I get a REAL job I'll then cross that bridge for the last time and never look back. I hope I'm welcomed into the world of work in a kind and pleasant way not scary and sheet. I hope that anyone out there like me who is going through that will eventually come out of that dark forest and into fields of green. I like this video.

it´s so sad. this life is hard enough to bear. why so many people judge others even when they did nothing wrong? they just love each other.

Hopefully one day the world would be a comfortable place where any type of person would be accepted. Its suprising that we havent gotten to that point yet but someday in the future we will. ;)

Nice video, apart from the reiterated slights about religious intolerance.

It is very hard for me to watch this. I was forced out of the closet long ago at best buy and was shuffled around until I had to quit. I then went back in the closet. I moved to the Netherlands and SAS blown away with the acceptance. However I was forced out do to immigration laws ate just 3 years. I went back in the closet but when I added my husband to my Benifits I outted to a few people. Some people reacted in a way I can not type here. I struggle every day and worry when someone more finds out how long before I am fired. I love my husband but I hate myself. I wish I was not this way :-(

Great work.
I can't believe that this is happening in 2014. Why is this world so bad and why are some people so intolerant about the sexual orientation? Some of my friends are also gay, so whats the matter?
If i dont like people its because of their attitude not about her sex life or religion.
