Former 'The Ellen Show' employees are speaking out after her standup special. Ellen DeGeneres used jokes to address the controversy. "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" went off the air after 19 seasons in May 2022. The show ended after controversies that included allegations of racism and sexual misconduct. However, a former producer who worked with her takes issue with how she's framing allegations that there was a toxic work environment.
