Ab Wheel Rollouts @ 60 seconds
Assisted Pullups @ 60 seconds

dude, your channel is awesome. you know your shit, explain it well, and have a great energy to you. I hope this doesn't sound critical, but I truly believe that if you team up with a solid cameraman/video editor to increase the production quality of your videos your channel could blow up in a matter of weeks. Seriously, I hope you consider doing that... I know you've already achieved great success through Men's Health but if you wanted to you could be getting tens of thousands of views on your Youtube videos, easily.
