How to Calm Down Someone with Anxiety #shorts
Показать описание
How to calm down someone with anxiety. Managing anxiety takes some skills but this one is SUPER easy! Ask permission to hold their hands because the touch will give them something to focus on. Then breathe with them and have them keep eye contact with you. This will make them feel less alone.
Say something reassuring like "Everything is going to be okay", or "You're not alone". Having a focal point helps the anxious person stop spinning and regain their composure.
