I don’t have Big Yellow Group. I have some doubts that Self Storage will grow in Europe as much as in the US. I’m also not sure about the British economy in general and their currency (Pound), which could impact future returns.

I slightly prefer AMT to CCI, but I really like them both. Alexandria is my 2nd biggest REIT in the portfolio, and EPRT is 4th. VICI is all about Las Vegas 🤩 but is there a way to expand beyond the „Sin City”?

No Prologis and EPR love? 😆

GREAT GREAT video Jussi. So nice, last week I bought more VICI, EPRT, NNN and CCI. I'll continue to buy REITs, I agree with you that for long term, it's probably a fantastic opportunity to secure cashflows with initial good yield. Hey, quick question, perhaps you can do a video on this: Do you think there is a chance that REIT stock values will actually go down (not up) once the Fed lowers rates? perhaps because lower rates will "unfreeze" real estate and sale prices will start going lower? what do you think of this viewpoint?

How would you like to be invested in some 'high value' property in San Francisco? Your first research in a REIT should be how many class action suits are they presently fighting...meh.

On July 3rd, At the close of market, VICI was down to almost 52 week low of $27.75
Why has VICI dropped so much ?
Is $28 the new norm for VICI ? Has VICI become strictly a divided stock.
It has lost over 11% of its value in 1 year.

:( somehow EPRT does not appeal to me, sadly
the mix of lower div yield plus the not so distant price to the ATH, does not ring the opportunity belt on my brain :(
