Thank you for this video. It was very insightful, and I learned new information that excited me. What I feel would’ve been helpful is after explaining what the reit was, you said something along the lines of “if you invested $1000 into this reit, you would earn around $___ amount monthly”

When you like to urning 2.000 a month you have to invest at least 300.000 you will not reach this with 2.500 and you need a long time to get so fare

I have not come across any REITs you suggested that I could buy at a competitive price, but I find the videos entertaining. I did buy Medical Properties but at much much lower prices then on your first video about it (4.1$). Additionally I bought 4 European REITs I have not heard you mention but that had a fantastic price tag: Cofinimmo, Care property invest, Aedificia and Wereldhaven Belgium.

Hi Jussi, hmmm your previous video featuring MAA made me think you grew out of love with BSR.

Canadean investors think BSR's management is of low quality for the REIT always traded below its book. They think if the management invested into IPO on an American exchange, market cap would have done much better.
