MPW has made 2 big assets sales to whittle down debt. The market responded & the share price jumped from 3.3 to 4.4, but I think there’s still plenty of upside left. I’m looking forward to one more dividend cut, then management will have the capital to buy back shares. I think they’ve finally turned the corner.

Jussi just a few comments and questions on EPR. It has 8 or 9 Analysts who say FFO will drop 4% or so in 24 and grow back only 3% in 25. Yes, the price to AFFO is historically low at around 8x but will EPR be able to increase the growth? Also if we have a recession isn't this style reit more vulnerable? and what if interest rates stay higher for longer? Thanks and keep up the good work!

What's your thought on when EPR will recover. It seems we are way past COVID and theaters are fully operational again, wondering if they are also affected by interest rate and are waiting for a fed cut like many other REITs.

Hi Jussi I like your vidos but your statement at 5:20 is not correct... Clipper Realty is a New York focused appartment Reit and even has a higher dividend yield than NRR.UN...
