Very nice video sir, but 3 things:
1. Crown Castle ISN’T the largest telecommunications REIT! That would be American Tower which is about 2X the market cap of CCI.
2. Agree Realty switched to monthly dividends… that’s why they only have 3 years of dividend growth.
3. You need to get a DEDICATED MIC or record in a less REFLECTIVE room.
