The cannabis sector in general is very risky, but NLCP is a my way to invest with less risk. I’m long on the sector. No one knows when cannabis will be decriminalized but it’s nice to receive a dividend while I wait.

I recently added quite a bit of EPRT - it’s currently my 3rd largest REIT position… it used to be NNN, which is now 4th. Maybe I should add more NNN and make it larger than EPRT 🤔🧐🤔

What do you think about the industrial Reit like STAG or Prologis? They do not offer very high yields but they are more stable, less risky and should deliver a dividend increase over a longer period.
