Great video, Nick! Keep these videos up.. I myself am heavily invested in Realty Income given it is a monthly dividend player with over 25 years worth of dividend payments and increases. Not to mention their portfolio is insane: over 6700 properties across all 50 states and into Puerto Rico and the UK. Then I invest in STAG industrial and Store (Amazon's landlord and Store is Buffett's pick)!

If $O drops to ~$68-67.50 I'd be curious whether it bounces back or crashes through with all the delta variant FUD right now especially in real-estate. Might be a buying opportunity soon assuming we all don't die, which I didn't plan on. How would I sell my $TSLA if I die??? Oh noo... I guess I'd never sell... bummer... 😉

Solid picks, I like STAG too. REITs seem like a good alternative to bonds imo.

REITs are taxed a bit higher tho since theyre not technically dividends

Tesla isn't quite a REIT but when they own your energy generation, storage, and usage, I'd argue they'll have a money printer larger than all 5 of these REITs combined
