The Fed is expected to cut rates in 2024, but as we have seen over decades, the stock market tends to move prior to the economy, which means stocks will move in anticipation. Rate cuts will be a pressure release to REITs, as such, now is the time to build your position before these REITs trade higher.

Thanks, Mark, for another thoughtful video presentation on these four REITs. All are excellent investment candidates. I currently own O, PLD and VICI, the last of which I find to be the most exciting from a growth perspective. Good stuff!

I have bought & sold O 4 times. I made money 3 times & lost a small amount once. This time I am buying & plan to hold since the dividend is 6%.

Yes for VICI, O and PLD. No for SPG. Mall business is dying. Data center REIT is better than SPG

Some solid plays, I personally jumped into Extra Space Storage in the $130s, and have bought them all the way down to the low $100s area. They had a 10%+ pop on their last earnings which was super nice to see! I love all these picks though, Vici is so good!

My REIT portfolio has exactly 4 tickers. Three of them are SPG, PLD and O. The fourth is AMT, instead of VICI.
I am currently buying more of PLD (discounted in my opinion) and O (the newcomer of the portfolio).
