How to Make the BEST Fudgy Cocoa Brownies: Bon Appétit Test #26

Показать описание
Today I'm making Bon Appétit's Best Fudgy Cocoa Brownie, which is part of BA's "essential" recipe series. This "baby BA" recipe comes from 2012 and was created by "the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen." This recipe uses just a few ingredients, but delivers an incredibly rich taste and fudgy texture. Plus it comes together in no time at all, making it the easiest brownie recipe ever -- not much more work than a box mix, to be honest!
I'm not sure who to credit for this recipe, but it's delicious!
So who do you think created this recipe? Was it...
- The incomparable Gourmet Pastry Chef Claire Saffitz?
- The queen of abbreviations, Molly Baz,?
- The music man, coffee fiend, and chocolate tempering fanatic, Chris Morocco?
- The coolest mom in the BA Test Kitchen and now published author, Carla Lalli Music?
- The owner of the best manicure (male or female) in the Test Kitchen, Rick Martinz?
Andy Baraghani doesn't really like sweets so I don't think this is his. A
nd this recipe isn't 'alive' so probably not from Brad Leone.
2012 pre-dates Gaby Melian's appearance in the Bon Appétit Test Kitchen, so not her recipe.
Let me know in the comments below who you think created this one!
