Personally I put the tablet in my mouth drink water and swallow until it goes down and if it doesn’t I drink more water I learned not to spit it out because then you’ll never swallow it 😅

Please help, i need to take iron capsules and i tried it method, and i still can't swallow the capsule, only the water, like i drink all the water and capsule just left in my mouth, it just melts😢 I already wasted 2 capsules and im very scared :(
