I don’t mind nutritionists giving advice I guess they studied for it now it’s their livelihood . I just hope they are also telling ppl about the long term health implications that to much carbs and sugar has on the body.

I think think this is good advice for some people, not others. If you’re a person who gains and holds onto weight easily a lot of the advice in cycling about carbs is counterproductive. If you’re a 60kilo rail go for it, if not your post ride meal shouldn’t be any more carb heavy than any other meal. It’s just not necessary when your ‘performance’ in training doesn’t matter as an amateur.

I get up at 4:00 in the morning. I work an 8-hour shift and come back home around 5:00. I don't eat lunch and I don't eat breakfast.
Oh did I mention I work construction?

I burn more than 3, 000 calories a day. Easy

Eating while you are pushing yourself is definitely not beneficial.

Especially for the weekend warriors or for people who do training a few times a week. If you think that you need to eat, there's something wrong with you .

This industry is trying to push anything they can to make money. From food to lying about aerodynamics.

How can you trust someone who's trying to make money off of you?

I'll leave you with this hungry wolves run faster. I'm almost 50 and I can do 100 mi ride and not even crave to eat so I seriously don't understand why someone would need to shove food down their throat while they're training for a few hours lmfaooo00 😂🤣😆
