I’ve been on carnivore, and let me tell you.. I stopped getting hives every night, I’m waking up early fully energized, my strength and endurance when it comes to anything physical is off the wall, my sleep is better, my depression is diminishing, no more crashing after I eat, the list goes on. I didn’t believe it until I tried it. Do it for 90 days and I bet his interview and perspective will change.

Low carb keto here, off two blood pressure meds and feel a million times better. I still eat all kinds of green leafy vegetables and low sugar fruits like blueberries etc within reason. Please tell me more why I need more processed refined carbs and sugar back in my life

Been on carnivore for 4 months now, down from 270 lbs to 230 lbs, tons of energy, I no longer get vertigo or dizzy spells, sleeping 10 times better. If I died of a heart attack tomorrow, just know I died feeling amazing

His diet does not include fat; vitamins A, D, E, K are fat soluble and thus food eaten with these vitamins needs fat to be properly absorbed; His diet I am sure will make you hungry all the time.

When I eat just straight eggs and steak with salt and only drink water and coffee I feel like I am invincible every thing wrong with me feels better but I eventually get cravings and eat sugar. Whether your carnivore, keto, vegetarian or vegan as long as you stay away from processed food, alcohol and sugar you’ll be better then most. I think fruit is ok I stay away because it leads me to candy and cake but fruit is supposed to be our candy we been manipulated into eating poison and a drug

If you are diabetic or pre-diabetic you have to restrict carbohydrates. What I don’t like about You-Tube is they post a 1 min blip and think they are helping people as if everyone diet needs are the same which is not truer. More harm is being done than good. Don’t be stupid people.

i did strict whole food plant based... worst diet of my life.. felt so bad.. most impractical diet also. Had to eat so much food to sustain myself I couldnt process the sheer amount of food. Carnivore actually reversed the gut damage caused by his diet.

I think everybody is different! I reversed Insulin resistance and my Hormon imbalance with low carb! And lost over 190lbs with it! I was never able to loose weight so easily and feeling good with it! I never Hunger! And I also lowered my blood pressure too

Been there done that and I did lose weight but I was starving and I felt like I was going to pass out. I had no energy. I was so happy when I was introduced to keto. I’m losing lots of weight and the foods I can have are unbelievable.

I avoid carbohydrates my back pain has gone away and I have a lot more energy. At the end of the day avoid processed foods and eat your what makes you feel the best

My mom is diabetic and my dad passed of Alzheimer’s another metabolic disease. I’ll eat my grass fed beef, plain yogurt and pass on potato chips lol It sounds like you are still using that Food Pyramid from 1992.

I’m trying to get back in shape I play basketball. I did low carb to cut as much weight as possible within a month while doing weight training. After that I at a balance diet while doing weight training and my cardio. I ate 200g of protein everyday.
