Do you have a tight back from sitting for long periods? This video is geared toward police officers who sit in their cars for extended periods and then have to go from 0 to 100 and chase someone. Obviously, stretching right before the chase is unrealistic, but this hip-flexor/QL stretch is awesome to do in your downtime. If you are stopped somewhere, get out of the car, hold onto the door, and execute this stretch for 1-2 minutes per side.

In a lunge stance, work on tilting the pelvis posterior (flat back) as much as possible while squeezing your glutes and abs. From there, reach your hand up (on the same side as the leg that is back) and side bend. Take a deep breath and as you exhale, reach the hand up to the sky and squeeze your glute harder. This stretch is great for some temporary relief and, if done daily, can help to counteract your excessive sitting. Officer Edwin is quite tight in this position and should work on it for the next several weeks!
