This is the best chest workout... Exclusive FST-7 chest workout by C-Bum and coach Hany Rambod, 8 weeks until his sixth Mr. Olympia title. They start with an incline machine press, doing 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps. Keep your chest up the whole time, this move targets the clavicular head and is perfect for the start, but you have to keep the chest up so the shoulders won't overtake. Next is the incline dumbbell press, aiming for 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps. You should go heavy now to build some strength and use different grips to work the chest at multiple angles. Then, they move to decline machine press for 2 sets of 10 to 12. And this is followed by 2 sets on the decline cable flys, again 10 to 12 reps. This combo will destroy the lower chest, just make sure to control each repetition. And finish the workout with low to high cable flys, doing 3 sets until failure.
