Stop 'BSing' ppl please! This is too much volume! Use only if you do steroids! The best way is high intensity low volume training especially if you're a natural! Fst incomplete i call this because later if you cannot always maintain this volume, you'll reach nowhere my friends! Its better you try Mike Mentzer!

The science based trainers keep telling do not do more than 7 sets per session for one bodypart, and the greatest trainer said, first exercise 4 sets 😅 its just proving that science based training is no good?

Dude, this is almost the same chest routine I use. I start with incline dumbbell press and then weighted dips. After that, I do my dumbbell flys.

Way too much volume. 8-12 Sets per week for chest is def enough (even for advanced lifters)

Don't go for the perfect pump if you want to build muscle. Low volume high intensity (close to failure/failure) is key

Example: 3 sets of incline press, 2 sets of cable flys (twice a week and you have more than enough volume)

Way too much volume if you actually train hard you only need 4-6 sets total for a muscle group per workout
