Yeah just to be clear; don’t do this if you’re not on gear. Wayy too much volume to be effective. Dial it down to 3-4 exercises, vary in pulldowns and rows for width and thickness.

I have a massive posterior chain from doing power cleans, hanging cleans, deadlifts and barbell rows. I do power cleans Monday with my back and deadlifts Thursday with my legs. I 5x5 with both. I do 10 to 15 reps on everything else. On back days I always finish with different grips of pull ups to failure.
