Jumping jacks is one of the most effective exercise which is when done with other cardio exercises can fasten up your weight loss.I myself lost 3kgs in 1.5months by just doing 30mins of cardio which includes 200 jumping jacks and other 4exercises. Being an Indian I can't leave carbs so I continued my diet as usual and left sugar at all.The exercise is fun now😊

Hey I'm only a kid and I see that I'm getting fat so I'm trying to lose fat while I still can it took me a couple hours but I just did 1000 jumping jacks and I plan on doing it every day for a month any other tips to lose fat would be great thank you

I did jj about 3600 a day used hiit almost everyday about more than a year and at some point i lose 3kg clean in a week even i ate too much everyday. Its bcoz im obses to burn fat all over my body n i luv it

Edit : i lose 30kg less than 5month
