This is good, but one question. What if "Susan" wants to know what the manager thought her car was worth? You come back to her with the "lottery and lucky rabbit foot" spiel.... but all she wants to know is what her car is worth, which is something you promised to let her know. In turn, she won't walk with you to look at a new car. How would you get around that block?

You forgot to mention Susan is going to ask how much this mind blowing amount is and its not going to be mind blowing lol. Customers are more informed than ever on what their cars are worth. If she doesn’t find out then she going to find out and feel tricked. I wouldn’t recommend referring to the trade amount as “mind blowing” lol. It’s 2023 and car buyers pick up on the snakey techniques

The dealer will always cut your nuts off on what your car is worth and then turn around and sell it for 12k more.
