Sometimes I am too quick to want to offer the solution prior to hearing the whole scenario.. This help tremendously. My dad and I just spoke about this concept.. I am on the right track..Awesome information

Thats literally GOLDEN! I've been in sales since I was 17. I'm 39 now. A couple years ago, I grew more fascinated with the psychology of it, because if you understand whats going on in the mind of your target (market) ie what they want, what their struggles are, whats important to them, then you gain access to a different narrative; you learn when to ask the right questions, while they tell you what they need. Which will lead you right into a sale, without much "trying" to sell/convincing them to buy your product or service. The customers will WANT you to take their money, in order to gain access to what you've got as quickly as possible!

No, you need to talk and establish rapport, I'd say 10% questions, 10% showing you listened, 10%offering your business and 10% having a genuine conversation and enjoying the experience, than 60% listening
