I remember twenty-ish years ago when some guy was touting this on an acne message board I belonged to and people were dragging him for it. You could find NOTHING about fungal “acne” back then but he had all this data to back it up and I loved HOS posts. People really WERE clearing their skin with, I think it was, Head and shoulders, at the time. Now when I see this info being made so publicly (LOVE DR. DRAY ❤) every time, I think of that guy and wonder how he is today.

This is so true!!! Once a week, keeps my skin clear. I have very oily skin. And when I turned 42 it got worse. I had the worse break out on my cheeks, forehead and jawline. I saw this hack on TikTok, acne cleared up in a month. I let it sit on my face while in the shower!!!

Ketoconazole shampoo has been a game changer for me. I think the reason is my eczema with the excessive sweating. I get folliculitis easier than others. It has been on my forehead, chest, neck and upper back. Summertime is the worst and cold winters with several layers of clothes make it worse. I make sure to always keep a bottle in my bathroom.

Just apply it to your face daily while in the shower for a few minutes until it goes away and then use it on maintenance, around 3 times per week. Worked wonders for clearing up my seb derm.

Hey Dr. Dray. Just a little hack. First let me clarify that I’m not a doctor, but using dandruff shampoo that contains zinc pyrithione under the arms during a shower, helps with body odor. Also taking zinc supplements can help also, if you can tolerate with without stomach upset and irritation. 😊

We do this in our house. Also concentrating on the ears. Really helps w/ ear crud…we have waxy ears!
