try "slow pushup". super slow-motion pushup, like 1 push up take 1 minute, and can upgrade to 5 minutes for 1 push up.

Wow!! 50 variations!! So Archer is medium!! Did you do all of these at once?!! I do like the Hindu pushup and the spiderman pushup- Yikes with the hard ones! You make everything look easy Victor!! Triple clap!! Let's go with the extremes! The L-sit handstand press and the straddle planche is just you defying gravity!! Unbelievable!!!
